Yes. Double Tap is open to the public and has 3 ranges available on a first come, first served basis. You are allowed to fire any type of firearm up to .50 caliber BMG. Anything belt fed must be cleared by the Range Safety Officer first. Range is staffed during all open hours, 9AM - 5PM 7 days per week.
The daily fee provides access to the range and targets, target sticks, and backers. Eye and Ear Protection is available for $10. You bring your own firearms and ammunition. Many common calibers of ammunition is available for sale onsite. Recommend bringing your own staple guns though there are usually a few onsite.
